Olivia

Olivia is an accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and a chartered psychologist. She also works as an academic tutor and supervises students undergoing their training in CBT. Additionally, Olivia has trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy). She has a particular interest in supporting the psychological health of those with long-term health conditions and medically unexplained symptoms. 

Alongside therapy, she is involved in clinical research and consultancy. Her research and consultancy work focuses on developing treatment frameworks for pathological apathy in neurodegenerative disease and in the utilisation of digital platforms to optimise cognitive health. 

As a therapist, she believes in working collaboratively when helping clients understand and tackle their difficulties, utilising practical and personalised solutions. She ensures that therapy is always tailored to the needs of the client and focuses on helping them achieve their therapeutic goals in a warm and compassionate environment.
