Beth

Beth is a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), also trained within a variety of therapeutic approaches including compassion-focussed therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.

Alongside working on a 1:1 basis with clients, Beth has completed a postgraduate qualification in couple therapy, she enjoys supporting couples to understand and overcome barriers to a healthy and fulfilling relationship. Beth is also trained to work with individuals with long-term physical conditions and medically unexplained symptoms who are experiencing psychological distress.

Beth has worked within NHS mental health services since 2013 and currently works as a senior clinician manager within the NHS. She has built a breadth of experience with many different client groups including those with learning disabilities, autism and brain injury. Beth is trained to treat a range of difficulties including:
